The poorest service eve

I dropped my Samsung s3 and cracked the screen. Understanding this was my fault I went to a repairer in Northgate who would be able to replace the screen in 2 hours for R1400.

I decided to pursue the repair through my contract provider being MTNSP. I handed the phone in on 18-6-2013. On 22-6-2013 the phone finally got to the repair centre. It has now been repaired and has not been dispatched as the repair must be settled prior to dispatch.

My complaint is that each time to find progress updates I have had to contact MTN.

Secondly I wish to settle this when I collect by credit card, and MTN does not offer payments by credit card, and will not get the phone to me without payment.

Unfortunately we are now at a stalemate, MTN with my phone, and me with a credit card that they can't accept.

Sad that in such a large corporation there is absolutely no customer focus
