Charging for delivery fees

I was charged for a delivery fee when I collected my phone myself from the head office and was also charged double for data although only 1 GIG was requested and supplied. Also I wasn't advised that if I upgrade 2 months prior to the end of my current contract, I would be paying subsidary charges on both phones adding up to R439.
