Numerous mistakes on my account

I had 3 contracts with Virgin Mobile, all 3 expired 1 Dec 2013. I decided to renew 1 contract (0741598318) and cancel the other 2 (0741565503 and 0724405330). I had to cancel these 2 contracts NUMEROUS TIMES before it was actually done.
Since my renewal of the 1 contract, I've had NUMEROUS account issues (incorrect amount deducted end Dec 2013, 2 deductions of R500 today (I have no idea why... and for what... your call centre couldn't tell me either), etc etc etc the list goes on and on. I've been told that my account now has to be "reconned".
After numerous incorrect debit orders, numerous account mistakes, numerous incompetent staff issues when phoning your call centre, numerous phone calls to your finance department and AGAIN dealing with incompetent staff, I really have lost faith in Virgin Mobile and would prefer to cancel my contract completely.
In addition, my new handset (Samsung Note 3) has been sent for repairs 3 times in a matter of 2 months (since Oct 2013 until now I've physically had the phone with me for 2 weeks in total, the rest of the time it's been in for repairs with the same issue recurring).
NOT HAPPY AT ALL, WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY.
