In may 2013 i spoke to one of the call centre agents to cancell my recurring bis service, because i told her to cancell it she never did it. today for the first time i recieved an sms after i paid that theres a R47 short payment, only to find out because the bis service was never cancelled . im refusing to pay because if their calls are recorded they can listen to it. last month when i paid i never recieved an sms of a short payment now i do. i want this sorted and then i also couldnt use my service for 2 weeks. i am uterly dissapointed. i am sick and tired of cellc pathetic service.
