Shocking Service!!!

I have been trying for 3 months now to have an account query rectified with multichoice. Every phone call last at least 30mins including holding on and chatting to a consultant. Each time i have to explain myself over and over again, The issue at hand is simple. Non payment means no viewing! However, when the account is paid up to date with proof of payments mailed more then once, more then 5 calls made to the call centre month in and month out becoz my subscription has been suspended is nothing short of pathetic service!!! Each time its the same old promises of the account being sorted out. i have now once again spoken to them for a total of 55mins over 2 calls. I have once again emailed the proof of payment and once again i have been told "IT WILL BE SORTED AND ESCALATED". I will not hold my breath because i know this will not happen as it has never happened before. i am hoping this gets seen by the powers that be and maybe this will result in some sort of action being taken to rectify my account. I have even ensured that the current month being March payment was over paid just to make sure i do not have a problem again, but lo and behold i was disconneced and had to make a call
