I am afraid I had to go this route but I am actually tired of speaking to accounts people at CellC . I made payment on the 31 July 2013. Thinking everything is fine... I receive an sms on the 07 August 2013
to say my account is not paid. I then spoke to a Donald Ndlovu who assord me that the account will be sorted out. But to my surprise I get a call again the 28 August 2013 that my account is behind... This amazes me how long does it take to adjust an account... I worked in accounts and I know for sure it does not take one month to allocate a payment. This is pathetic the service I get from Cell C. I spoke to someone else tonight 28/08/13 and she also said she will sort this out... This is frustrating... CANT PEOPLE JUST DO THEIR WORK..I appreciate a response to my mail.
