On Sunday 17/3 I received a call from a call centre agent advising that I had not paid my account. I said I will look into it. I did not receive a statement due to the postal strike and paid a guesstimate amount R500. At no stage did she say what amount I was short. She then had the audacity to ask when I get paid. This was the first time I was short on payment. An hour later another call. I got annoyed and said charge me the interest. I will pay when I get my statement. Over the week constant sms's and calls from poorly trained agents who do not tell me what I still owed or the fact that this was the first time I was behind on the payment. I found out the amount was a lousy R170 which I paid via internet banking. Yet I still got calls (one which was dropped by the agent) and then an sms stating I'm handed over for being a slow payer. What cheek. Harass those that have not paid for 2 months or more. Not those that pay regularly. If the agent had been courteous I would have engaged in conversation and made the payment but DO NOT BE FORCEFUL AND RUDE. I AM A CUSTOMER NOT YOUR SKIVVY.
