WESTGATE/ CRESTA REPAIR DEPT NO Customer services

We got our 7 contracts upgraded by Wilson at Westgate, on the 30th April2013, out of the 7 phones one up to date most of the times keeps telling me only emergency calles, which i ve mentioned to them but have not handed in, but two of the cells from the first week gave problems, on arrival at westgate on the sunday. We got told they cant book them in as it is a business contract. We were asked to come back on monday, Eventually with the pillar to post senario, Phones we taken in. Both phones have not had the pleasure of the usage by the indivitauls since then properly, the phones are still doing their rounds on and off between westgate, cresta and the manufactures. NOW I ASK MYSELF, am I going mad, the updated news on one of the cells 3/7/2013, I was told its on the way back and a fault hasn't been found. Ohhhhh yaaaa BY THE WAY Forgot to mention we were told by Robin White to write a letter explaining what is wrong with the phones. AND JUST TO MENTION that My representive of my company witness Thembi from westgate attatch it to the job card for them to deliver it to cresta.
