The Automated Balance Enquiry system says my account number is invalid, but customer services confirmed it IS valid. Customer Services took 10 minutes to understand the problem, then wanted to put me through to another department because they were not authorised to log a call / report the problem. So they do WHAT exactly?

I just want to report that your Automated Balance Enquiry System is BRO---KEN. NOT WORKING. USELESS. So this month, once again..I will have to thumb what my outstanding balance is. Which means I'm better off shopping elsewhere, like Foschini, where I don't have to pay interest on arear funds if I guess my balance due wrong. You make it so uncomfortable to make payment, that it's not fun shopping with you at all.
