Canon help desk, is not answering

Hi

I have tried numerous times today to get some help with our new printer that we bought for our offices.
The automated voice says i am second in line and my call will be answered in 10 seconds, then after that it tells me 30 seconds, then i am next in line, and then i am sent to someones extension saying i must leave a message. I choose to speak to the operator instead and then she tries like 6 times and the help desk doesn't answer. I am having a problem when printing documents as it is to light and hard to see the lines on forms, which is very embarrassing when clients need to complete those documents and can't see cause the printer cant print properly. Please help!!!
