Who gives Telkom the right to cut off a lock from a persons home, whether it be a Shack or a house? On Tuesday 12 March 2013 Telkom people cut the lock off my domestic workers shack to take a telkom box out and they left her door wide open. Everything she owned was! Her tv, dvd, speakers, dishes, pots and even her new clothes she had just bought for her children!! Someone at Telkom better reimburse her or else I will take this further! What your people did was break into her home!
