I complained about the lack of service months ago on this site and the most I received is "we are attending to it". Months later (about 3, after my initial complaints - now going on 5 months in total). Telkom has disabled my ADSL line for months. Phoning in to the "customer helpline" is a joke. The line was accidentally disconnected while they were busy upgrading the lines and have never reconnected it. I have accumulated reference numbers but have had no luck in getting my problem resolved. I still have to pay my account every month yet Telkom can not offer me the service that they are being paid for. Telkom, as usual, is always breaching contracts as they can not deliver a simple service. No one have even bothered to contact me, all I have ever received are two sms informing me that they are busy with it. It has been 5 months now, how long does it take a technician to repair a line, are they even capable of doing such a simple task? You are in the communication field so TRY and communicate with your clients to find out what the problem is sothat it can be fixed. Maybe I can apply for a job there where I get paid for doing absolutely nothing.
