On 24 August 2013 my elderly parents reported their out of order Telkom line 013 7500597
Residential address: 83 Burger Street, White River, 1240, Mpumalanga
52 days later, no service from Telkom, to reinstate their service at all.
Their safety is at risk, as they are not able to communicate via Telkom line?
Needless to say, they can no longer benefit from any benefits having a Telkom line over weekends eg. free calls during certain hours.
Why must an elderly man of 80 and an elderly woman of 77, make monthly payments for a non existing service from Telkom?
Your very urgent assistance please, as their Security Company J&M Security. White River will verify BREAK IN attempts to their property on a weekly basis!!!
