BILLING ME FOR REASON UNKNOWN

Dear Sandros

I just received an sms to say my account is in arrears by R70.00, what is this for? As per my knowledge, I have paid up the accounts.

On 27.06.2013, they tried to Debit my bank account with R120.00... What is going on here??

Can someone please explain in detail as I have had it with Cell C and their pathetic service and policy.
