I took a contract with MTN Corporate in February. I was billed incorrectly for the package that I didn't ask for. I logged the claim in April and it was only attended on the 22nd of May by Ayesha, whom I've been communicating with since then. She advised me that I will be credited the money that was billed incorrectly on my account and that was on the 18th June and I'm still waiting for the credit to be done even today. I also asked her to send me a confirmation letter on a company letter head to confirm that my package has been corrected, as I wanted to keep it for my records and that has not been done. She told me to use the emails that we've been communication on, what harm will typing a letter and sending it do. I just regret taking my contract with MTN, I should have gone to other services providers may there I was going to get a better services than what I am getting now. This is the first time using MTN and I just had a bad experience in my few months of doing business with them. This is the first and last time I take a contract with MTN ever.
