On investigating doing my upgrade with Vodacom whom I have had a contract with for the past (approximately) 10 years, I discover the contract I am on no longer exists and that Vodacom has changed all of them. In order to keep the same pricing plan I will now only receive half the number of free minutes and sms's that I don't require. If I want to get a similar number of minutes to my current contract it will cost me an additional R200 a month. Does Vodacom think money is made on trees? Guess after 10 years of loyal support, I will need to investigate the competition as I don't believe I am getting the best deal on the market any more.
