Cell C telesales called me this morning to sell a 'benefits card'. The background noise (other callers?) was so loud I could hardly hear the caller. The lady does not have a good command of English, which required me to ask her to repeat herself. The 'script' was sloppy and seemed very 'ad-libbed', and when I declined the offer (after 5 minutes of her talking) she put the phone down! Please pull this call (it was recorded because you said so) and listen to it again in full, and see whether this really is the image you wish to project of your company. You should have issues with your our-sourced call centre, they are employing ANYBODY off the streets!
