I had called called mtn sp mayb 5x already trying to understand how I could have spent 425 in 8days bettwen the
21-29 june! And all I was told is that most of my calls charged less than R2 and cannot sum up to even a quarter ofhe amount I lost in 8days! However there were ridiculous data charges as if I'm running an internet cafe on my blackberry! I can't even buy more airtime fearing more loss and that effectively denying me the use of my phone for making calls! Please someone tell me how I lost that much! I cannot wait another 20days for the statement to close and have the misery solved! If really 425 was spent on data are they saying mtn is that expensive or are they saying I'm misusing my airtime? If the latter is true, why is it that I normally don't spend a lot on calls to prove it! Please let me know, share some sympathy or let me change back to prepaid and port to other networks!
