A Painly Inconviniance

My acount we deducted incorrecly, for me to get this money back they made a credit to my 8ta account not my personal account according to their policy and procedures. My account is is reflecting a ngative and I have reversals on my account due to insuficient funds. If i open a case with 8ta it will still take me about 14 days if I am llucky to get my money back. My problem is not next month, I need my money asap as this was money budgeted for this month. Why must I wait for my own money that they deducted, without any permission to do so. I desperately need my money back please as in yesterday, It is a huge inconviniance for me already not haveing this money. What garantee is there that this wounld happen again in the near future.
