Got my new phone in 4 days, it was faulty. Phone collected for repairs/replacement in the 7 days period!
When i phoned to find out whats happening, told me take up to a week for the assessment and so on. Will maybe have a phone back in 4 -6 weeks!
Maybe the best rates but they don't have any service at all.
