I went to Vodacom4U Northgate to enquire about ways of redeeming my talking points and received the most horrid service ever!!!
In the shop there was 3 consultants: 2 women (white and indian) and 1 guy. The white girl (I refuse to call her a lady after the service she gave me...!) was busy helping a customer when I arrived and I patiently waited my turn. After 10mins of waiting, there were 2 white customers who walked in and all of a sudden she wrapped up her 'business' with the other customer.
Instead of helping me (seeing that I was next on line), she turned to the white guys and asked THEM if they need help. Poor guys were embarrassed theh told her that I was there first... and she had the gall to dispute that! Needless to say that I was not impressed - at all!
To top it off she had a stinking attitude when she helped me... that girl better catch a wake up or she'll find herself in serious hot water one day!.. agent!
