I handed in my iPhone on the 12th January 2013 for repairs. They informed me that this could take between 7 - 21 days. Which I do not have a problem with, however, I would like feedback on the progress of the repairs on my phone or maybe just a heads up as to what the issue was and that they are busy fixing it and it will take about 7 or 20 days. When I phone the store, they only response is that the phone was sent to the iStore in Midrand, but can't give me contact details of the store so that I can follow up on the progress on my own. I'm sure that if you are an iPhone user you will agree that unfortunately the phone becames a big part of doing your job.
So I would really like for someone to email or call me and tell me where my phone is and if they are addressing the problem!
