On 11/05/13 I applied for a cell c contract for the samsung galaxy s4. The consultant notified me that they are out of stock and I'll be put on the waiting list. I asked her when do they expect stock she did not know. I asked her how long the waiting list is, she did not know.
On the 13/05/13 I called the branch and the gent told me they will receive stock on Thursday and the consultant will call. Thursday came- no call. Called on friday to find out, was told stock will be arriving friday or saturday and must expect a call.
Did not receive a call on Saturday so I called again to find out and was told "they do not know when stock will be arriving".
I don't mind waiting but cell c, please be upfront and honest with customers.
I am currently a Vodacom client and have not had any problems with them so please don't make me regret taking out a contract with you.
