2 Month Blackberry throttle

So this is month 2 now that I am throttled on my blackberry service. Terms of sevice says 20days (and call centre agents say 5days/ when service gets renewed. I was promised someone would phone me back and till this day no one contacted me. Don't even respond to this complaint because I am done with you guys. I am stopping my debit order at the bank and you guys can go fly a kite.
