I signed a contract for a Q10, told the consultant that the phones was needed for business, 2days after having the phone I realized it wasn't actually compatible to my business needs! I went to telkom mobile, spoke to another consultant who said he knew nothing about blackberrys I should come when the bb guy was around! I called back after a few days to explain the situation to the guy who helped me the day I signed n it's been 3days since he said he'd discuss with his manager n get back to me! I'm not only highly annoyed with a phone I cannot use I'm frustrated at the incompetence shown by the telkom mobile staff! I would like some sort of recourse as I'm stuck with a phone that's useless to me!
