Mr Fabian sales man from Altech Autopage sold me a Blackberry on contract and I also took a moderm which was on special with WI-Fi both were R119 pm and the cellphone is R169pm and he said for the moderm and WI-FI WILL PAY r280 FOR SIM CONNECTION, and R547 pay up front fee, but at the end of the month they deducted R717 instead of R547, and I called him which he couldnt explain it except that maybe his calculations were wrong, on June I paid R376 but this July it went as far as R495 which now they deducted twice for cellphone insurance of which I have only one cellphone. and now he is claiming that i also have to pay for the Wi-Fi which was on special both with Moderm for R119 pm for 24 moths. Now am stressed how come they are me like that, and the problem with them they dont give you the contract so that you can read it they will tell you its what he has explained to you.
