Terrible service from CELL C

For a service provider that "prides" themselfes on customer service, The Cell C branch in Sandton City Fails drastically. over a month ago i took out a contract on the New Samsung Galaxy S4, 4 days later the phone had a default, I returned the phone within the 7 day "imidiate replacement" period. i was then advised that it had to be sent to some or other head office for approval before a decision could be made whether to put in a handheld insurance claim or not... after countless phone calls from my side and after leaving messages for almost everybody that works there to give me a call back to find out the progress. i eventually recieved a new phone... GREAT, 1 and a half weeks later the sim card they gave me is still not active!! i have not even been able to use the phone since purchase but that did not stop Cell C from Debiting their first instalment dead on time.. i strongly recommend that if anyone is planning to take any contract out... Avoid the Sandton City Cell C!!! So much for the millions that is spent on advertising for a provider that does not honour their promises...
