Firstly i would like to raise my concerns regarding the 8.ta network it is very poor and at time unbearable but looking at it hope you fix this . i wanted to find out what subscriptions i have that deduct money from my airtime the reason is i found out that there were subscription i was not aware of and when i was on MTN they could check for me and now when i spoke to Simphiwe he said it is impossible or rather quote "' it is a difficult procedure for me 'that's what he said, i believe and know that i am privileged to the information i then spoke to Pontso who knows how to handle queries if it wasn't because of Pontso this would have been a complain .. Pontso i really appreciate your efforts and assistance and awaiting your feedback as discussed.
