Im tebogo i bought the cell phone in sportcene after 3 day i discovered that the ear phone connection is not working
i took it back to the store they tested the ear phone and the were not working so they booked the phone for repair so i had the wrong slip but the cashier didn't realise the next day when i called to fine the progress of fixing i was accused of and why do i bring the phone where i didn't buy it cos the slip is wrong the cashier called me names she didn't even give me chance to explain that i had the wrong slip i will bring the correct slip i went there i told her not to call me names and i don't want the phone to be repair anymore i want my money back or new phone because is within 7 day she told me i will never see that happen i can jump all i want but she will never replace/refund me when i asked for the manager apparently she is acting manager the is no manager it hurts me very much to me called a criminal because of the human error to be shouted like a kid in front of customers i need someone to contact me from their customer service since well the is no manager in store. i now want to close my account with sportscene because of pontso
