I purchased various items and a sport bra from Mr Price Sport Bfn. As i do not reside in Bfn i, inquired about the return policy and was informed that i will be able to return the item. The item did not fit and i wanted to return it at Mr Price Sport Welkom the following day. I was informed that they do not exchange underwear and that it is a company policy. I asked them for the contact number for head office which they provided me with. What really upset me is that the Cashier assistant, Pontso, was telling one of the other employees that "she does not know what our problem is because everybody knows you cannot exchange underwear at any store. This is common knowledge! " What i found very unprofessional was that she said it in Sotho as she thought that i would not understand and in a very derogatory way infront of all the other customers. I immediately called her on it and she did not seem very appologetic. I was so upset by the whole incident that i returned all of the items i purchased for approcimately R2000 cash and then went to buy the similar items from Totalsport where the service was great. I also want Mr. Price to cancel my credit account with them imediately!!
