Good day South Africa! I would like to share with you the poor service I have been receiving from Afihost. I have been with them for 4 months now and i must say I am not impressed at all!! I ordered their 10GB mobile broadband AND a MiFi modem which I paid UP FRONT.. CASH! last Friday (25.09.2013)!! the MiFi modem was R800 and since I only had 6 day remaining of the month and Afrihost works with Pro Rata billing, my bandwidth came up to R40 (2GB) so a total of R840. They debited the money from my account on Monday (28.09.2013) I had no response from them what so ever so i decided to call them yesterday (31.09.2013) spoke to a guy from sales and he forcefully verified I have paid.. so the next step was Parcel Packed>Handed to Courier>Package on Route>Package on Route. Still waiting!!! They fast to take your money but dont want to deliver!! so what happens now? what happens to my 2GB data that i paid for last month? I bring them business of R600 a month.. R400 for my 1MB Business uncapped and now R200 for 10GB mobile broadband, and this is how they treat me.. like a STUPID. South Africa my advice to you, the cheaper option is not always the best because you get what you pay for!!
