SSDA Payment Demands

In 2010 I lost my ID and only to fin out that early last year some was using that ID to open accounts with various retail stores. The I received a call from MTN saying I have to settle for a contract I took with them. I explained to the call center consultant that I've never had a account with MTN. They asked me to fax my proof of address and a certified copy of my ID for which I did. I later then followed up them only to find that my account is now handed over to SSDA. I contacted SSDA and explained to them, they also asked me to send the copy of my ID and proof residence hardly a week later, I was getting SMS's demanding me to pay. When I called them regarding the SMS's, I was told that the fax wasn't clear. I then scanned the documents and emailed to them using a shared work email. I late got more emails demanding payment. I called them again and asked not to send emails as that was not my personal email. They promised not to and that they following up on the case. Till this day the problem hasn't been resolves, I still get emails which everyone at work get to see. I'm really not happy with the service they provide and maybe this time something will be done.
