When I did an upgrade I was offered another, "better", package - that would save me money.
What I was not told was that I would be charged a "migration fee" of R2400!
Nobody at the call center can explain what the "migration fee" is actually for, and I was told they will "contact" me.
I can only deduce that this is a completely arbitrary fee, and I'm disappointed (again) with an almost callous disregard for customers.
