Since the beginning of the year SABC/ssda had sent me emails about R350 that needs to be paid... I have paid a fortune last year at the end and now all of a sudden I have to pay again and this is the beginning of the year... I have sent the proof of payment back to you over and over and over but still I receive the same email demanding money from me... this morning I phoned ssda and spoke to a tool!!! Sylvia Phade-I asked about 10 times to speak to the manager and she refused and her attitude sent me through the roof and I dropped the phone... 1st-this person doesn't have the skills to bark at a dog let alone to answer a phone call-I need this sorted out ASAP
