I want to compliment Bianca S on fabulous service. I phoned to complain about poor service that I've received from Samsung. Nashua's my service provider and I have always just received the best service - also from my branch in Blairgowrie. I phoned the MD's office. Bianca answered. She phoned back in an hour, and kept me regularly up to date. I would not have been able to solve the problem without her. Thanks Biance and kudos to you.
