My mom had her phone (blackberry 9900 bold) for two months before the number 2 key came off. She approached the Vodacom shop in Bedford centre and asked them to repair it. After two months of absolutely NO communication, She contacted the shop and was told that they didn't know where it was - that it wasn't back yet. She phoned vodacom and was informed that Jonothan (the MANAGER) had signed for it. She contacted Jonathan back immediately and spoke to him. He promised to get back to her later that day with more information - he didn't. When she called the next day he said he didn't know where the phone was, it was missing and he would call her later that day - he didn't. Everyday she has called him he has failed to get back to her. She has lost count of how many times she has asked so nicely for feedback. Apparently he has checked the video, checked the shop and checked the serial number. The only reason we know this is cause my Mom has phoned him. I'm disappointed that my mother must suffer so much for something that is not her fault. I want to know how hard is it for a CELLPHONE shop to call a customer with updates? And I want to know how the phone will be replaced?
