About the condition of my phone

I asked for my complaint to be investigated via Tharolla because Celise Pieters was busy.i got a call back that my phone definitely had water damage as the repair centre had sent them photo, s.the cost would be about R675 which would be payable by myself.i refused and asked them to send my phone back.i then took it to a cell shop in grassypark where I live and the guy checked out the phone.he found no water damage but the scroll button didn't work.he replaced the button for R140, the phone is working perfect (blackberry 9300).now I want answers and managed to get through once on 082 241 0015 but Tharolla was in a meeting but was promised he would phone back.must be a long meeting cause I'm still waiting.for the past week nobody answers that number, you stay on hold all the time, doesn't matter what time of the day you phone.my opinion is they didn't want to fix it because the contract is up for renewal in just over a month and 7 months ago we were told they gave a brand new phone because they couldn't fix the same button problem and I recently found out it was a refurbished phone.i contribute R1100 plus per month to vodacom via contracts, at least I expect them to be fair and not to lie
