Paying R1400 a month but cannot upgrade to R699

I had enough now from Vodacom... I struggled for how long to get my Direct debit sorted out but they listed it on my credit report as late payments because of their incompetence. My bills run over R1000 a month and wanted to upgrade my phone to a R699 contract that will cost me a bit less but told because of the payment problems that they cannot upgrade it!!! I've been waiting for a particular phone for some time and someone could have told me this prior.

Now it has come to the point that I just cannot wait for this contract to end so I can spend my money with another service provider. Vodacom just does not care about their customers but want their money and that's all. I've just had bad service for 4 years!!!
