I cancelled my contract with them and paid a cancellation fee as well! Wen I called they said its cancelled! I applied for a homeloan and it was declined saying that I'm listed!!! I went to ITC and found that vodacom had listed me with no contact watsoever for the amount of R795... I paid it in full upon contacting the legal department. Its been 6 months six that payment... I apply for a homeloan again and I'm still listed by vodacom!!! I paid url in full! Now take my name off ITC! I'll never do business with url agen! I HATE vodacom and their disgusting service! Who ever has contracts with them, cancel it! They will list u too after the contract is over! I want this to be sorted out asap vodacom!!! Ur service!!! Else I'm taking you to my lawyers!!!
