General Lack of Service / Advise

My BlackBerry randomly switched to "SOS" mode or MTN as service provider, which I was advised was a common, general issue with that particular model. I had to take off from work to go to Vodacare in Menlyn, Pretoria. After having been sent from pillar to post, my phone got booked in for "repairs instead of an insurance claim as I have been advised and for which I was provided with the relevant forms. This I found out due to the regular SMS updates being sent to me. As if that advise and service was not bad enough, I today went to a Vodacom Shop to do a "dual" sim request and to cancel my insurance as it evidently is not worth having and paying for every month as a phone with general and common issues, which according to the consultant can not be fixed, is sent for repairs instead of being submitted for insurance claim. I was advised by Vodacom Shop Centurion Life Style that these services are no longer rendered by them and I need to again take of work to stand in endless queues at Vodacare - not that there is one at every shopping mall!!!
