Terrible Service / Billing

Billing is terrible, I never get warned if I am gonna get suspended, it just happens. And when I do pay, to get them to unlock takes forever. I have always paid my account, not via debit order, but EFT. I am still suspended today after hours of trying to get through to the call center, Their emails bounce back so they cannot receive proof, it is all just very boring!
