On Saturday my phone was. I went to the police station and then to Nashua on Sunday to do all the documentation as I have insurance with them. Up to now, I have heard nothing even though I was promised by the staff in Northgate that I would have a new phone by Tuesday but nobody has even contacted me. Further to this, when trying to block the phone Saturday night, I kept getting voicemail at the call center. It is now Tuesday and nobody has done anything - as per usual, the service is terrible when Nashua Mobile is involved
