I have had it with MTN's lack of communication / transparency regarding the HTC One. No one "on the floor"; including the various outlets even know what phone I am talking about - that is if you are actually able to phone through to an outlet in the north of Gauteng (Northgate / Fourways Mall) - I invite MTN to try phoning an outlet - based on the numbers available on google / shopping centre websites and the like.
Someone from MTN Direct tried assisting me - by virtue of conference calling various outlets in Johannesburg - not having calls answers / numbers do not exist tones really shows you what kind of customer service you have to deal with.
I do not want excuses of "limited stock", "finalizing marketing arrangements with HTC" and the like knowing that I can get the EXACT SAME phone from Vodacom / Cell C / Nashua Mobile and the like while passing through the retail parks like the one found in Woodmead.
I am also not looking to "upgrade" to a Samsung Galaxy S4 (Currently over stocked and easily available) or some other offer as I actually know what I want and I find it appalling for sales people to question / doubt their customer's intelligence.
I await your response MTN.
