My husband got hijacked in September 2012 and we reported the claim to the Vodacom Chatz outlet in Horizon View, they 'forgot' to send in the claim form, and upon inquiring in March 2013 they sent it in, but it was too late, and the insurance didn't pay out without listening to reason. On the same day in March I handed in my phone for repairs, and as we have in the interim moved out of the area, I have to follow up telephonically as I have until date not received ANY response. On the VODACOM WEBSITE, [URL Removed] the INCORRECT NUMBERS for the outlet is listed and when phoning the other outlets in the are THEY DON'T KEEP NUMBERS FOR EACHOTHER. I phoned the customer care line on 082 111, but to no avail, THEY DON'T HAVE THE NUMBER!! I am taking this all the way!!!
