I sent a complaint about a week and a half ago on hellopeter even thou mtn responded on hellopeter to me nobody called me in letting me know what they going to do to sort this problem out. I am getting angry with this cause i'm sitting with a phone that does not work and paying for it every month. Otherwise im just going stop paying mtn and they can come fetch this phone and cancel my contract i dont care cause i'm not going keep paying for something that does not work and for bad servicing and repairs!!! I think i should go to another network maybe i will be helped better. I'm very dissapointed in mtn for this as i said i'v been a loyal mtn customer for many years. Now i have to use my mom phone to recieve emails and so on from work!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP CAUSE IT'S AN INCONVEINCE!!!
