THE WORST SERVICE EVER

ON THE 4H JULY I QUERIED THAT THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM 8-TA WAS THE WORST EVER I FEEL EVEN WORST THAN BEFORE - FIRST I HAVE THE PHONE FOR 5DAYS IT GIVES ME A PROBLEM AND THEY DONT WANT TO SWOP OUT - I THEN TAKE THE PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS AND EVENTUALLY GET IT BACK YESTERDAY AFTER A MONTH!!! TODAY THE PHONE IS AGAIN FAULTTY VOLUME BUTTON AND POWER BUTTON DOES NOT WORK @ ALL!!! WHAT NOW??? / THEY TELL ME THAT THEY GOING TO HAVE TO BOOK THE PHONE AGAIN FOR ANOTHER MONTH!!! THIS PHONE MUST BE SWAPPED OUT TODAY STILL!!! AND I NEED FEED BACK BEFORE COB! 021 509 6916.

I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY SHOP OR STORE, NOT EVEN THE SPAZA SHOP ON THE CORNER- WHEN I ASK THEM FOR THE HEAD OFFICE NUMBER THEY TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE ONE??? I NEED FEED BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I AM COMPLETLY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE WAY THE SITUATION WAS HANDLED FROM THE BEGINNING... SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR THIS ASAP.
