I received a message from my bank stating R399 was credited from my account by Cell C which I assumed is for my new contract with them. The only problem is I haven't received the phone that I comes with the contract, I am still using my old one. When I went to the Eastgate Cell C branch they (AS USUAL) did not have any stock of the Samsung S4 but informed that they will be getting soon and will call me when I can come and pick mine up. This has been a while ago and in the meantime they started crediting my account for a phone I still haven't received... Isn't that? I would appreciate some communication form Cell C regarding the matter...
