Cell C
No feedback on insurance claim keep cutting me off

I have sent through an insurance claim for a cellphone, and Cell C keeps on directing me to C insurance department and I am not insured with them as I have found out just now, I am insured with C Cover. When I call to hear what is happening with my claim the call centre keeps on disconnecting my call.

I am upset as because I need the phone to be replaced asap.
