My cellphone was on Sunday -03032013, I had informed the call centre, blocked my sim card and reported to incident to the SAPS. My claim form was submitted to the C Cover claims department on 03032013 and i was informed that the turnaround time would be 48 hours. I have been calling Cell C on a daily basis to follow up on the status of the claim but have not received any positive feedback. i was informed by Virginia at the call centre that I would be contacted by the close of business on 06032013 and also by Natashia on 07032013 but ha vent received a response. when you try contacting them, they place you on hold for extremely long periods and then end up cutting the call on you. They are well over the turnaround time. I am extremely disappointed and appalled at the service received from Cell C. Still waiting for a response re: c cover insurance claim.
