Eported a loss cellphone on the morning of the 11th FEB 2013, I have yet to receive feedback. I had to call the insurer to inquire contratry to promised made of resolving my claim hassle free. I would advice anyone using this company for their cellphone insurance rather let your network provider supply you with a cell phone insurance. Imagine if my car was and was insured with dial direct, I would still be without a vehicle. Non of the consultants I spoke to handle cellphones thus "they were just assisting since no one was available". I have had this policy for a year and never received a terms and condition document just received a 1 page schedule. I would have really appreciated some form of communication as I stated when I made my claim I had never claim from any insurance #GUIDANCE WOULD HAVE ASSISTED A LOT#
